What methods of payment do we accept?

To pay for our rings we only accept purchases through Bizum, bank transfer or Paypal. The data will be provided when you request your ring through Instagram.

Can I change my order?

If your order is still being prepared, it is possible to modify and cancel it. In case it has already been shipped, you will have to request the return of your order when you have it with you.

Where do we ship to?

We ship all over Spain, the price is 5,5€. For shipments in Europe shipping rates may vary depending on the destination, check rates privately.

What is the shipping company in Spain orders?

All shipments from Spain are made through Correos. You can check the status of your shipment on the official website of Correos.

Why don’t I have my order tracking number yet?

Your order is still being prepared and is not yet on its way. Don’t worry, if you have received your order confirmation sheet once you have made the payment, your order is being made with love. Remember that it can take between 28-40 days to be done.

Can I exchange for another size or product?

If you want to change the size or product, you will have to return the product and make a new purchase.

How much does it cost to make a return?

I want to return my ring, how do I do it?

Returning your ring is completely free of charge, the return will be made in full, except for the shipping costs of the initial product. If you want to know how to initiate a return go to the returns tab at the bottom of the page.
