Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, To complete your return:

Send us an email to lagolosa.shop@gmail.com with the email title: RETURN + order number.
Attach the confirmation sheet of your La golosa order that you received after payment in your Instagram or email.

We will send you the return confirmation and the return shipping label. The return shipping costs are free of charge.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will make the refund in the same form of payment. The order will be refunded in full, with the exception of the shipping costs of the purchase. This period may take 3-5 days from the time we receive the package.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange the item for a different size or model, you will have to return the item and start a new order. Read the returns section to find out how to start the return of your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
